Your Story

Studying for the PANRE can be very lonely.  Everyone around you is busy with their own things.  The PAs around you, if you have any, either already took their PANRE or don’t have to take it for a year or two.  They may empathize a little, but they have other concerns now.  It can seem as though no one else out there is going through this difficult experience.

The reality is there are hundreds of other physician assistants in your shoes right now.  I’m one of them.  You found my story.  Share yours for the sake of those going though the same thing.  Take some comfort in knowing you are not alone.

Some ideas to get you started

  • Where did you go to physician assistant school?
  • How long have you been in practice?
  • What field do you practice in?
  • How are you preparing?  Are you planning on or have you taken a review course?
  • Are you registered for the exam?  When do you plan on taking it?

I know that in our community there are Nurse Practitioners, PA students and even Pre-PAs.   We would love to hear your story as well. Leave your story in the comment section below. I use Livefyre for commenting. It is a great system, but it does ask you to create a profile which some people don’t like. It does allow you to sign in as a guest and not leave any info.

Thank you and I can’t wait to read your story!
