1. Who We Are

Physician Assistant Exam Review (“PAER,” “we,” “us”) operates www.physicianassistantexamreview.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: support@physicianassistantexamreview.com.

2. Information You Give Us

When you sign up for our email newsletter or download a free resource, we collect your email address (and your name, if you provide it). When you purchase a course or product, our payment processors collect your name, email, billing details, and payment information. We never see or store your full card number.

3. Information Collected Automatically

Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies:

  • Site analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 and Burst Statistics (a privacy-friendly analytics tool that stores data on our own server) to understand how visitors use the site: pages visited, time on page, browser type, and approximate location based on IP address.
  • Advertising. We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to show ads to people who have visited our site. Meta may associate this data with your Facebook account under its own privacy policy.
  • Server logs. Our web host automatically logs IP addresses, browser type, and pages requested for security and troubleshooting.

For a complete list of the cookies used on this site, see our Cookie Policy.

4. Services We Share Data With

We share personal information only with the service providers that run our business: Kit (email newsletter delivery), Google Analytics (site analytics), Meta (advertising measurement), Stripe and PayPal (payment processing), and our web hosting provider. Each processes your data only to provide its service to us. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Your Cookie Choices

A consent banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies. You can change your choice anytime via the “Manage consent” tab on any page, and you can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

6. Email

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops all marketing email; we keep a suppression record so we do not email you again.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising. To exercise any of these rights, email support@physicianassistantexamreview.com. We respond within 30 days.

California residents: we do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA. You may opt out of the “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising through the cookie consent banner, and the rights above cover access and deletion requests.

EU/UK residents: our legal bases for processing are consent (marketing cookies, email signup) and legitimate interest (site operation and security). You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

8. Data Retention

Email subscriber data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics settings and Burst’s defaults. Purchase records are kept as required for tax and accounting purposes.

9. Children

Our services are for adults preparing for PA school and certification exams. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

10. Changes to This Policy

We will update the date at the top of this page whenever this policy changes.
