Writing questions

This time, we’re going to do it Jeopardy style. Here are the answers; you give me the questions.

For each answer, write a short question that leads you to that answer and ONLY that answer. You’ll start to see why we need key terms. You have to EXCLUDE all other possible answers, and key terms help you do that.

1) Chronic kidney disease
2) Mitral valve prolapse
3) Staph aureus
4) Dilated cardiomyopathy
5) Aortic dissection

It’s important that you DO the exercise. Nodding along with me doesn’t help you. Grab a piece of paper and write them out. One or two sentences apiece. That makes 10 sentences tops. My 8-year-old cries when he has to write 10 sentences for homework. I’m pretty sure you can do it with less drama.

If you want some examples, try The Final Step
