Two Words

I’m just finishing up the Hyperion Cantos series by Dan Simmons. It’s made up of four books. Each book is over five hundred pages, and it’s fantastic. If you like sci-fi, go buy it today. You can thank me when you finish it.

For those of you who don’t read it, there is a central building theme over the more than 2,000 brilliantly written pages. The books are centered around “The One Who Teaches.” She comes to spread her message across the universe to thousands of colonized worlds.

Her message is exactly two words and it’s brilliant. I’ve hung it on the wall in my office. I’m going to share it with you and fully explain why it’s so important to me (and to you) in the July issue of Physician Assistant Exam Scholars. The deadline nears.
