Sharon wrote to me with a question I’m sure a lot of people have.

Hi Brian,
Which type would you prefer a hard copy book or an online version? I hate having to carry stuff around. If I purchase the digital copy what would it look like? Could I read it on my phone? Thank you for your help. I’m going to purchase. I just have to be sure I buy the right one for me.
Thank you,
Sharon

Sharon,
The digital version is a PDF. You can put in on your phone, but it will have small text. I get that carrying around a physical book is cumbersome, but for memory, physical books bring in a lot more senses. Your memory builds a picture, a story, that helps it to retain the information. These are little seemingly inconsequential cues to help you hold onto the material.
I’m moving back to a more and more physical and less and less digital in a lot of areas of my life.
That’s my two cents.
Brian
P.S. I found this time around the audio version was more helpful for me than I thought it would be.

Physical books will always have their place, but it’s up to you to figure out what works best. That’s part of the fun.
