Here at PAER, we are still plugging away. Some people are less busy now. My wife and are wondering how that works. Everyone’s talking about the shows they’re watching.
I signed up for Disney+ and saw that I could get CBS all Access for free for three months, so I nabbed that. I thought, man, this will be great. There’s no baseball, so I’ll have all this time to see what everyone’s been talking about.
My brother was raving about the new Picard show and I couldn’t wait to get started.
A week late,r I’m exactly eight minutes in.
My wife is (thankfully) working from home, but we have two kids. Kids who need attention, stuff to do and schoolwork.
This isn’t a complain; I’m playing tennis for an hour or two a day with them (Our development has a tennis court that NO ONE has ever used before, LOL).
We’re playing tons of board games. And it’s been great. But my wife working and me working on PAER while having two active kiddos at home isn’t as relaxing as I’d envisioned.
I’ve been having a ton of fun with them and I’ve been cranking out stuff for PAER.
We had two zoom meetings last week. I wrote an 8-page dissertation on my views of the coming weeks that sparked some fun conversation and I’ve got an awesome issue of Physician Assistant Exam Scholars coming out on April 1st. (I’ve had to shift gears there too since the topic I was planning on covering didn’t really fit the current situation as well. I’ll fill you in more as we get closer, but the gist of the coming issue is staying sane and working/studying/learning from home. I’ve been doing it for years with PAER and I can’t wait to cut down your learning curve and help you get so much more done and feel good about it.)
Anyway, the point of this entire email is to let you know that I’ve even been cranking out podcasts and, my isolated friend, the next one is available today . Have a listen
