My name is David. First, thank you for everything you do, I know you have helped a lot of PA students and I am definitely one of them. As I have recently started rotations the podcasts and TFS audio questions have become a staple during my commute and TFS physical book I use before bed when after a long day at clinic when I want to build long term memory but also quite frankly don’t have the energy to dive deep into patho or get into higher order questions.

David here is getting it. Simple and easy. I believe in hard work, absolutely, and I’ll be talking a bit more on that moving forward, but what I do not believe in is dumb work. Too many people are working hard at dumb things.
Maybe it’s their fault. Maybe it isn’t. We tend to do what were told to do by people who haven’t thought about why in a very long time.
If you work in the best way, you can work really hard and get to bed on time feeling like you accomplished something.
