Memory chips

Dr. Dong Song presented his findings to the Society on Neuroscience. He and his team implanted electrodes into the hippocampus of 20 volunteers. They found that by mimicking electrical signals into the hippocampus at certain times they could boost a person’s memory by as much as 30%!

Dr. Berger, Dr. Song, and their team have spent decades studying memory with a special focus on the hippocampus in particular. They have been un-coding the language of neurons and then trying to mimic that code.

Promising as the research in rats and monkeys has been, this weekend’s announcement is earth-shattering.

Unfortunately, it won’t be ready in time to help you. Well, maybe with your Alzheimer’s, but not with your exam.

You’ll still have to remember things the old-fashioned way – with techniques like spaced repetition and practice with books like The Final Step.

P.S. If you’re willing to run a group order for your classmates, I can offer a significant discount on The Final Step. Shipping is a huge part of the cost, so group orders are much cheaper to ship. You don’t need to set up the whole group you just need to be willing to let people know about the discount.

If you’re interested, hit reply and I’ll send you the details.
