This note came screaming into my inbox:

I can’t begin to express how much excitement I’m feeling as I type this message to you! This is a moment I’ve been dreaming about for years and now that it’s here the whole thing just feels so surreal, like time has stopped and I am able to live in one of my happiest moments forever!
But anyways, I received THE email this morning from NCCPA saying my score was available and I PASSED!!!! And let me just say I’m so thankful that I found your podcasts during my didactic year although I didn’t truly become a devout fan until my first clinical rotation. Your free podcasts got me through 2 hour drives one way to a few of my rotations and gave me peace knowing that driving time wasn’t wasted on jamming to music or true crime podcasts haha. Plus, I honestly made great attempts to implement your study tips you so kindly gave us at the end of each podcast!
Not only did I listen to the podcasts but I also purchased The Final Step which played a crucial role in my success on the PANCE as it was one of my main studying techniques during the last month leading up to my exam. And on top of that, I became a PAES member halfway through clinical year which I’m positive played a large part in my success. So all I can say is thank you Brian. Thank you for taking so much time out of your days to cultivate such an incredible community of learners. And don’t worry, I’ll continue to be a fan and follower especially when it comes time to recertify down the road! Stay safe out there!
Sincerely,
Jessica Garber

Knowing that the material I produce helps struggling PA students make their dreams come true is an awesome feeling. One I selfishly would like more of. That’s the top reason I do what I do, and although she mentioned how valuable the podcast and The Final Step were for her, the PAES newsletter is a whole different thing. The newsletter is where the magic happens.
The things you learn with a newsletter subscription make every other resource you’re using twice as valuable. I can’t wait to hear how you’re going to be putting the May issue to work for you, and the new and improved results you’ll be getting with it.
