Last week, I got an email… actually I got two emails, that made zero sense. They were almost asking me questions, but not really. Out of respect to the person who wrote them, I’m not going to share them, but I promise you they were incoherent. The only thing I could get out of them was that this, I’m sure normally well put together individual, had the PANCE scheduled for that very weekend.
I’m going to share with you my response because it’s the advice I’d give to each and every one of you, and it’s how I handle every MAJOR test in my life.

Angie,
You sent me two emails and to be honest I don’t understand either one. Is there something you’re missing or something I can help with? If you’re test is tomorrow the best advice I have is go out for a six mile walk today and get your head cleared. Studying one more day isn’t going to change a thing.

And that my friends is the truth. Worrying yourself into a panic makes you worse. Cramming the day before makes you worse. Get out of your head. Go for a walk. Play some basketball. Go for a swim. Get up from your desk. Wear yourself out so that you sleep like a baby.
Now if you have sometime before your test, that’s different. Then you should probably get a copy of The Final Step.
