If you were your coach, what would you think?

Michael Gerber is a famous business coach who just so happened to write one of the best-selling business books of all time, The E-Myth.

In The E-Myth, Gerber tells entrepreneurs that if they spend all of their time working IN their businesses, they won’t have any time to work ON their business. Your business will never grow. More importantly, YOU’LL never get any better than you are right now. You’ll be doing the same things you’re doing now, only trying to do them faster and for longer hours, resulting in getting more and more frustrated.

Sound familiar?

Spend all of your time sitting at that desk, poring over the books, and six months from now you’ll be staying up later and later to get it all done. Spend just 5% of your time on getting better at your craft, and six months from now you’ll be out of the house in time for happy hour.

The May issue of The Physician Assistant Exam Scholar’s Newsletter will put you on that second path, and best of all, you only have to borrow twenty minutes from your month. I say “borrow” because you’ll make back the time it takes to read the newsletter in spades by the end of May, let alone the months to follow.

Twenty minutes spent with the May issue is like a vaccination against the anger and frustration you have when you study and study but your scores don’t reflect the blood and sweat you put in.

If you were your coach, would YOU think you’re making progress? Or simply swimming in circles?
