A few weeks ago, I had a new grad reach out to me. She was in a tough spot and very unhappy in her new job. This was her first job out of PA school, and it was not her dream job. She admitted she’d seen some red flags during the application and interview process but was so excited to be out there that she disregarded them.
I could tell from our emails back and forth that she had not only purchased The Dream Job Package but gone through it, so I decided to hop on call with her to help her sort out the situation and work through her next steps.
She was understandably nervous about how to move forward.
We went through the The Dream Job guiding philosophy and applied it to her current situation. She knew exactly what to do and how to handle it. (That doesn’t make it easy to do by the way)
