Product-Specific Refund and Cancellation Policies
Digital Courses
- Refund Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase of any of our digital courses, you may request a refund within 15 days of the purchase date. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving your request.
- Cancellation Policy: Digital courses cannot be canceled once access has been granted. Please ensure you review the course details before purchasing.
Books and Physical Materials
- Refund Policy: Books and physical materials can be returned for a full refund within 15 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Cancellation Policy: Orders for books and physical materials can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, cancellations will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Bootcamp Programs
- Refund Policy: The 33 Days to Pass the PANCE program is fully refundable up to 7 days from the start of the program. All 33 Days programs officially begin on the 1st of the month. Refund requests made within this period will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your registration for the 33 Days to Pass the PANCE program up to 7 days before the start date for a full refund. No cancellations or refunds will be issued within 7 days of the start date.
Subscription Services
- Refund Policy: Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time, with the cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days of the billing period.
- Cancellation Policy: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team at support@physicianassistantexamreview.com.
