Forget much?

Have you noticed that you’re more forgetful than ever?

Right now, do you know where your keys are? One of my favorite features of my Apple Watch is the ability to ping your phone when you can’t find it.

Are you missing your wallet? Your purse? Your keys? Do you forget the names of the simplest things? Do you stumble over your classmates names?

Do you read the same pages over and over and nothing sinks in? Do you memorize and re-memorize the same terminology over and over?

Not only do I know why I know how to fix it. I’ve known the answer for a while, but two books I’ve read this summer pushed me over the edge. I share everything I learned in the September issue of the Physician Assistant Exam Scholar’s Newsletter.

Let’s get on track to a better memory. Improving this one ability has overarching positive effects on every single thing you’re working on. Passing EORS, passing microbiology, passing the PANCE, functioning better in your rotations, all of it. And the answer is so simple.
