Eye Balls falling out of Your Face?

Do you study so long sometimes that you can feel your eyeballs oozing down your cheeks?  Can you feel your lumbar spine fusing from sitting in that chair so long?

According to experts the longest a well trained brain can concentrate effective for is four hours per day.  That’s it.  Four hours.  Now obviously you have more work to do than four hours.  Me too, but there is a point of diminishing returns.

But there are also ways you can improve on those numbers and extend things a little.

That’s the theme of the September issue of The Physician Assistant Exam Scholar’s Newsletter.   This month we’re gonna cover how to reset your brain so you can work better for longer.  There are some simple things you can do and should do every day to get that brain of yours pumping.

I can’t give all my secretes away for free (what would my kids eat?).  Join Physician Assistant Exam Scholars and find out all the juicy details
