Easy Questions

Everyone panics over the hard questions. The scary, long, mind-numbing questions. I’m going to let you in on a little secret:

Your PANCE is made up of hundreds of questions, hundreds! There are plenty of really, really hard questions on there. Do you know what else you’ll find among those hundreds of questions? Plenty of really, really easy questions.

No one remembers how many easy questions they breezed through before hitting that hard one. Take a deep breath. My plan has always been to get all the easy ones right. I figure that if I get all of the easy ones right, I should be okay. I know that doesn’t sound very reassuring to some of you, but I’m telling you, it works.

Make sure you get the easy ones. That mentality allows you to have time and points to spare on the difficult questions. In addition to that, if you have the knowledge to get the easy ones right, you probably have enough rattling around that brain of yours to narrow down the hard ones by two or three answer choices.

The Type A personalities a that fill PA school seats cringe at my methods, but I’ll tell you what, as attested to by thousands of PA students, my methods keep right on working.

The Final Step is my best example. Get your hands on a copy of that book and you’ll be right as rain.
