Thanks Brian. The book did arrive and I love it. It works great for how I learn and it is something I’ve looked for since I started PA school. I appreciate it. I also downloaded the PDF to my computer so I’m good to go. I do have one question, are at least some of the questions on the boards going to be in this format that is straight-forward or will they all be “the patient presents with” type questions? Either way, you cover all of the major topics from what I can see and I know that if I can get all of this material down I’ll enter the exam with a wealth of knowledge. Thanks again.
p.s. The podcasts are great and I’m just having to play catch up right now. Great for my commute to clinic every day.

TFS is made up of one-step questions. They are not designed to be like the PANCE/PANRE.That being said, there will be a few straightforward questions on those exams, like what you find in TFS.I call them one-step questions.Straightforward questions with one answer.
There will be a few on the exam. Not many, but a few.Now there may be only a few, but you ABSOLUTELY need to get those right.
Second, and this is the key, the one-step questions are the “building blocks” for 2- and 3-step questions. The information is buried in those long paragraph type questions somewhere.
I’m giving you unpolished diamonds with TFS. You need to work and polish them yourself.
On the exam, you will have to do some digging to find those unpolished diamonds in those long paragraphs, but you’ll know exactly what you’re looking for.And then once you find them, polishing them will be easy peasy.
Get started recognizing and polishing those rough diamonds with The Final Step. The sale ends tonight.Use the code “holiday” for the discount.
