I know at home it’s hard. Especially if there are other people in the house and you’re trying to work. I tried to squeeze in some writing this morning, and Captain Underpants was blasting from the next room.
Focus@will solves that. Pop your headphones in and *boom*, you’re at that coffee shop you’ve been missing.
The “coffee shop” setting is my favorite for working from home. The music-based channels are great, but the coffee shop channel masks the voices from the next room better than any other setting. The transition between songs or low points in songs lets the little voices trickle in.
I know that my wife has the kids during the time I’m working, but if I hear them complaining, I’m immediately pulled out of my work and thinking I should go help. I know that’s the worst thing I can do, but I can’t help it.
With focus@will in my headphones, I wouldn’t know if the house burned down around me. Want a clear head and peace of mind while you work? Want focused work for more than fifteen minutes? What could you get done with an hour of focused work? It’s amazing
I’ve been using focus@will for almost 10 years now, and I’ve been recommending it for that long. A few years ago, I asked them for an affiliate link since I was promoting them anyway, and they were happy to oblige.
