What is the ONE thing you are working so hard for? Is it to graduate? Is it to pass the PANCE?
No. Not really. The one thing you’ve been studying and pulling your hair out for is to GET A JOB.
The point to it all of this hard work is to get a job. And not just any job mind you, but a job as Physician Assistant. A job in the field you want, making the money you want.
This weekend I’m hoping to help you do just that. I want to hear about it when you find the perfect job, and the person doing the hiring realizes that they only have ONE candidate. All of the others melt into the background because you absolutely knock their socks off from beginning to end. From first contact through to when they offer you a position. (By the way that puts you in a bit better of negotiating position then just being another bland resume off the stack that they can toss)
You’re going to learn how to make all of that and much more happen when you get your hands on the Dream Job Package. More, yes more. Inside you’ll learn:
· A step by step process for choosing the right specialty and job for YOU. It’s time to decide what you want your future to look like. I’m working with someone right now who’s discovering (a bit late) that he chose the wrong direction, and we’re trying to get him back on a better path.
· The one reason why job postings are a terrible place to spend all of your effort and energy. I’ll show you where to look and how to find your Dream Job, and I’ll eat my shirt if anyone has ever suggested this one to you before.
· A three-step process to get your resume on top of the stack. This little bit of work will put you in the top 5% of applicants.
· The exact scripts for how to approach a job application. Swap out your name and the name of your potential employer, and you’ll be off to the races.
· Exactly what I wrote to land my orthopedic surgery job right out of PA school. Once they saw it, they brought me right in for an interview. I’m going to give you a copy of that resume and cover letter.
· The worst thing you can ever put in your cover letter. The good news is that almost everyone makes this mistake, so, if you don’t, you’ll start the interview process from the pole position.
· What you can put into your resume to make the interview process a breeze. You can go from a tiny little person begging for a job to the candidate they’re tripping over themselves to hire. I’ll show you how to control the entire process, and it begins with how you set up your resume.
· How to access the presumed 87% of all jobs that never get posted anywhere. These jobs are known as the “hidden job market,” and it’s a massive chunk of the available positions. We’ve got an open position on my team right now, and, at this very moment, it’s part of that 87%. Can you imagine what the opportunities will look like when you go from seeing only 13% of available jobs to seeing 100% of them?
· What to do if (heaven forbid) you aren’t offered an interview. As Yogi Berra used to say, “It ain’t over till it’s over.” I’ll show you what to do next.
· Exactly what to say on the phone. I’ve included detailed scripts for you to make it as easy as possible. Yes, you’ll have to pick up the phone and talk to a live human for this one. You can’t hide behind your computer and HOPE someone gives you a job. Getting the right job will take some work, but I think I’ve made it as simple as I can.
· How to ace your interview and show them that you are THE candidate for the job and walk out the door with a job offer in hand.
· Two words everyone uses in an interview that decimate their chances of getting a job.
· What homework to do that will ensure your Rockstar Status when it comes to the interview. The interview is all about prep work. I can show you what you need to know BEFORE walking through those doors.
· Three things you need to get across to the interviewer as quickly as possible.
· How to crack the top 5% of interviewees with ease.
· Nine tough interview questions and scripts for how to handle them. Like in baseball, it’s easy to hit a curveball if you know it’s coming.
· How to handle it when the interviewer asks if YOU have any questions. You can either say, “Hmm. No, I can’t think of anything,” like everyone else, or you can use the six questions I’ve got inside for you that will make you the obvious choice for the position. If you can master this very common section of the interview, you might get the job or, more importantly, learn that you don’t want this particular job at all. Listen close; that second part may be the most valuable thing in this whole deal.
· The one question you absolutely must NOT ask during the interview.
· Interviewing tips directly from surgeons who are interviewing candidates right now. Believe me, they are SHOCKED at what they’re seeing go come through the door.
I can’t wait to share all of this with you. As well as…
…when to start looking for job, why new grads may make the best people to hire, taking your resume from an A to an A+, how to choose the specialty you really want to spend the rest of your life in, a powerful way to approach the job hunt that will have you in that long coat in no time, and a whole lot more.
Phew, that’s a quite a bit. I really want you to succeed and wind up in the best possible job with the best possible salary and hours. You’re going to love being a PA.
Click that link right down there to get your copy before the end of the day today because after that, like the Christmas Star, you won’t see this package for a long, long time.
