This email blew me out of the water.
A member of PAES emailed to cancel the subscription. When I went to cancel it, I saw that they had been subscribed for 42 issues!
I had to know more, so I asked and this was the response.

Well unfortunately for me I got turned on to your newsletter and materials after I failed my test the first time. I passed my test on the second go around however only by a few questions. After this experience as you can imagine I was extremely upset and stressed. It was my goal to understand why I had difficulties in taking tests. Your newsletters in the beginning helped me understand a lot about being a student as well as helping to transition into being a practicing PA. I enjoyed reading a lot of your articles and insights into our profession.
