Anyway a few months back I had a group order from with a particular PA program. Everything went smoothly except I had one person ask for a refund. I offer a full refund on every purchase at PAER (except the newsletter, shipping it back and forth at the price it’s at just gets kinda silly).
No problem. Without a word, I hit the refund button, and her money was on its way back to her. Due to return shipping issues, she wound up keeping the physical book, and the refund went through just the same. No hard feelings.

I bought your book last year, as you can see from the emails below and attempted to return it. At the time I purchased the book, I did not feel it was helpful for me because I was about to begin my rotations and needed a book that went more in depth. Unfortunately, I did not realize the true purpose of this book which is my mistake… After all, it is called “The FINAL Step.” 😝
Anyways, I am studying for the PANCE, and I am scheduled to take it next week. As I am winding down and reviewing each section, I decided to take a look at your book and have found it quite helpful for preparation for the PANCE. Yes, it’s called The Final Step. It’s made up of over 2,000 short, powerful questions. That’s it. Just questions. No review. No explanations. Just questions and answers. Nail them or don’t. Right or wrong. No in between. Nothing wishy washy. I designed the book to solidify knowledge, not to teach you new things.
