I have a heck of a time convincing people to stop studying and rest. Your brain is not a computer. Your body is not a robot. You can push it pretty far, but you get less and less out of it each day.
There was a day a few weeks ago where I took a nap the second I got home from work. I slept until about 8:30 pm. Then I got up, ate dinner, and went to bed.
The next day was AMAZING!I was like a superhero. Maybe give it a try.
