Breanna wrote me the other day and I thought I’d share it with you because she makes an excellent point.

I wanted to send you an email to say thank you for all of the hard work that you put into the podcast and your Final Step book [The new version is almost ready]! I will be taking my PANCE on November 17th, and my study partner and I get together about twice a week to go over questions in the Final Step and quiz each other. We have both been listening to your podcast since didactic, and we are definitely listening to them all again now that we are in the final stretch of school.
Also, I have a confession to make. If I am being 100% honest with you, I used to skip over your “Study Tips” section of your podcast. I can be a little hard-headed, and when I find something that works for me, I often deny anything else that may improve my study habits. However, I started listening to those sections about a month ago, and I have incorporated some of your tips. I have already seen SO MUCH improvement in my study habits. I have been setting timers to block out parts of my day, using the timers on ROSH review to get used to the one minute per question format, and using the same “Focus Playlist” for music when studying. I feel I get so much more done!
Thank you again for all of the support that you give to students studying for the PANCE and for practicing PAs studying for their PANRE. I know that when my time comes to re-certify I will be listening to all of your podcasts again in another 10 years.
Have a wonderful rest of your week!
Breanna
