When Carissa graduated and passed her PANCE, I asked her if she wouldn’t mind writing a brief testimonial I could use.
Here’s what she wrote:

Before PA school, I had always been a straight A student due to pure power of will. I stayed up as long as needed to complete everything as perfectly as possible and studied into the wee hours of the night. In PA school though, that wasn’t really possible because there is just not enough time to get through everything perfectly.
After flirting with failing all semester and failing a few exams, I decided it was worth a try to buy some audio courses from Brian Wallace (“No more Test anxiety,” “Maximize your time and energy,”) and join his Physician Assistant Exam Scholars for the monthly newsletter. These resources have made all the difference in the world.
My test scores have sky rocketed, my anxiety is way down, and I’m able to focus on the big picture of learning the material to become a PA instead of just to pass a test. I figure the small amount of money these extra resources cost far outweigh the cost of potentially failing out of PA school so if anyone is struggling like I was, I highly recommend joining PAES. The tips and topics every month have tangible, easy to follow recommendations and fantastic concepts that you can use now and for the rest of your career.
I even had a very specific study question about getting through all of my specific study material before an assessment and because of my PAES status, Brian replied directly to me extremely fast.
Thank you!
Carissa

Thank you, Carissa. As much as I LOVE researching and writing the newsletter, emails like this make it that much better.
